Currently in development. The Proposal PWA is a Silicon Surfers product for presenting project proposals as interactive, app-style experiences instead of static documents. Reviewers identify themselves, read the executive summary and total estimate, inspect milestones, timelines, and billable hours, and submit ideas, questions, and concerns attached to their reviewer ID.
